  Take Exit 1 from Abiko station on the Midosuji line and go about 270 meters east, where you will see the 200 meters shopping arcade runnning north to south.
  Other than the arcade, there are many supermarkets and apartments. The several universities and schools in the area means if has a lively atmosphere day and night.

  People in Osaka say “ Sumiyossan” is the first shrine you must visit in the New Year.
  Many people start gathering in front of the gate of the shrine on New Year’s Eve.
